Andrew McCaughan is a fastidious and results-driven organizational leader with over 20 years of experience in high-stakes real estate development and hospitality operations. As the Chief Development Officer of Shake Shack, Andrew is a leading architect of the brand’s global ascent. Joining when the company had only three locations, he spent 15 years scaling the footprint to over 500 units across 18 countries, overseeing every facet of the end-to-end development lifecycle—from site acquisition and global real estate strategy to design, construction, and asset management. His local perspective, combined with a career spent building one of the world's most recognizable brands, makes him a formidable force in identifying and executing high-value investment opportunities.
Liam Gilbert
Results-driven management professional with over a decade of leadership experience at UFP Industries, specializing in overseeing high-scale teams and complex projects. A Villanova University certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he combines deep operational expertise with a rigorous, data-driven approach to project management. His career is defined by a commitment to operational excellence, where he leverages Lean methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and drive measurable bottom-line growth. With a portfolio that spans numerous luxury residences from the coastal landscapes of Florida to the historic charm of Pennsylvania, she has spent years appointing beautiful homes for a discerning clientele. Her transition into Creative Styling and Staging is rooted in her unique ability to see the "soul" of a home. Now bringing her seasoned creative direction to our team, Rosie specializes in preparing estates for the market and styling private residences for ultimate livability. Her deep understanding of the luxury market ensures that every space she touches is not only aesthetically striking but strategically positioned to resonate with high-end buyers and homeowners alike.

After tenures as a creative executive at LVMH and URBN, she shifted her focus to creating physical spaces that celebrate community and style. Her Soho-based ventures, the decor shop Feste and the Vogue-featured Champers Social Club, serve as the ultimate showcase for her signature blend of high-end design and approachable elegance. From the streets of NYC to her home in the Hamptons, Brenna remains a trusted authority in residential and commercial transformation.
